If you are dissatisfied with the products or the product was defective, you can fill in the form to return the product to the lighting stores. You must contact us to request a refund of a product you purchased from the website and not received on the number (966112735290) to make sure the goods have not yet been shipped If the goods was shipped, applicable charges will apply. In the order of return due to defect of manufacturing in the product, damage upon delivery or delivery of wrong product, the customer will not pay the applicable charges. If for other reasons (for example, the customer wants to change the product or change his opinion) the applicable charges will apply. The product must be in its original packaging with the full range of accessories and user manual. Replacement or return is not accepted if the original packaging of the product is opened, We do not accept return of damaged products as a result of misuse or failure due to faulty power connection. In our estimation, we may consider the returned product not to meet the above criteria.

Product Return Method:

If you have collected your product from one of our stores you should check out the same store.

Return within 7 days and exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order

1-The product must be in the original box with packaging and unused.

2-The product is examined by the competent department and to ensure that the product complies with the packing conditions and the presence of all its supplies, then the acceptance or rejection is issued for replacement or retrieval.

3-In case if the return or exchange is due to an error in the order or damage to the product, the customer does not bear the shipping or delivery fees.

4-In case if the return or exchange was due to the customer's desire, the customer shall bear the shipping fees and 5% of the value of the returned products as processing fees. The fees charged must be paid.

5-The refund of the amounts in case of purchases from the website, will by bank transfer only.

6-The return process will be made from the lighting stores to the customer’s account by bank transfer in compliance with the above conditions.

Fees imposed: It means the amount deducted from the invoice value in return for the fees for processing, loading and transporting the goods, which are as follows: 30 riyals or 5% of the invoice value, whichever is greater


Lighting stores are always keen to provide the best after-sales services to their customers from maintenance and supply of spare parts and ensure the quality of manufacture in line with the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry

The terms and conditions provided in the copy of the service contract submitted to the customer at the time of purchase shall apply.

General Provisions:

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase from the lighting stores and the blogger on the invoice. In order to benefit from the after sales service, the customer must keep the original purchase order and submit it at the request of maintenance.

  • If the parts are designed specifically for the consumer or have special technical specifications, it is agreed with the consumer on the time of their provision separately.

  • The life span of each item varies, and you can refer to the product manual to determine the life span of the item that the consumer wants to buy.

General exclusions not covered by manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Defects or malfunctions caused by misuse of the consumer, failure to comply with usage instructions, negligence, accidents, sabotage, maintenance that does not comply with product recommendations, or negligence in maintenance.

  • If serial numbers are tampered with or changed.

  • Disadvantages of paint, scratches and problems due to inaccuracy of unlicensed installations from the factory.
